大型体育赛事运营中城市人居环境建设的路径

摘　　要：鉴于国内多数城市在大型体育赛事运营中,对人居环境建设重视不足、资源利用不合理的事实,采用文献资料、专家访谈等研究方法,就城市人居环境建设的路径进行研究。结果:1)政府明确建设任务、完善相关制度、整合不同参与者合力,对人居环境建设进行科学管理;2)行业通过搭建资讯平台、加速自身发展、推进产学研合作,组织相关企业参与,为人居环境建设提供服务;3)社会运用多种媒体工具、拓展相关中介服务、发挥公益作用,加强对人居环境建设的监督与支持;4)个体注重提高自身意识、关注能力培养、树立行为典范,为人居环境建设奉献青春与活力。表明大型体育赛事运营中城市人居环境建设,应充分利用赛事资源,建立系统化路径建设体系,充分发挥所在地政府、行业、社会、个体四者合力作用。期望在大型体育赛事运营中,为城市管理者提供人居环境建设的科学的。Based on the fact that there is not enough attention paid to the urban human settlement construction and utilization of the resource in the operation of the large-scale sports events in our county, the study discussed the ef- fective methods of the urban human settlement construction by the methods of literature review, expert interviews and logical analysis. The results indicate that government scientifically manage urban human settlements construc- tion by clearing the construction task, improving relevant policies and systems, and integrating the power of differ- ent actors. Industries provide service by setting up information platform, accelerating their own development and promoting research cooperation. Society strengthens supervision and support for human settlement construction though using variety of media tools, expanding related intermediary services and playing a role in public welfare. Individuals improve their awareness and focus on ability training, set up the behavior model, and make contribu- tion by their daily activities. The study is aim to provide references for the city managers who will hold major sports events to make decisions.
