摘 要:目的探讨白藜芦醇抗炎、平喘的作用机制。方法采用卵白蛋白致敏方法建立小鼠的哮喘模型,以地塞米松作为阳性对照药,分别灌胃给予25 mg/kg与50 mg/kg的白藜芦醇,连续给药7 d,末次给药60 min后处死小鼠,取其肺组织制成匀浆,测定小鼠肺组织中MDA、NO、PGE2含量。结果白藜芦醇各剂量组MDA、NO含量较模型组含量显著降低(P<0.05);白藜芦醇各剂量组及地塞米松组PGE2含量较模型组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论白藜芦醇能有效降低哮喘模型小鼠肺组织中MDA和NO的含量,减轻气道炎症反应。Objective To study the anti-inflammatory mechanisms of resveratrol and provide an experimental basis for treatment of respiratory diseases such as asthma. Methods The mice model of asthmatic inflammation was established by challenged with ovalbumin. Dexamethasone was used as a positive control drug. Asthmatic mice were intragastric administrated with the dose of 25,50 mg/kg for 7 d. Mice then were sacrificed and the contents of MDA, NO and PGE2 in lung tissue were tested. Results The contents of MDA and NO in resveratrol-treated group were significantly lower than that in the model group ( P 〈 0. 05 ). But no significant difference of PGE2 was found between the treatment and control groups ( P 〉 0. 05 ). Conclusion Resveratrol can improve asthmatic symptoms in mice, which may be related to inhibition of the production of MDA and NO.
