凤尾草水提取液排铅效果的实验研究

摘　　要：目的 评价凤尾草水提取液对铅中毒小鼠的排铅功效.方法 选用18 ～22 g昆明种小鼠60只,随机分为6组.采用自由饮用醋酸铅水溶液建立铅中毒小鼠实验模型,连续灌胃给药30 d.摘眼球采集血液,取血用原子吸收法测定铅含量.结果 凤尾草水提液可降低血液中的铅含量,且能显著增加脾脏系数.结论 凤尾草具有促进排铅的效果,减少铅的蓄积.Objective To evaluate the effect ofwater extracts of Pteris multifida Poir on lead poisoning in mice. Methods Sixty Kunmingmice with body weight of 18 - 22 g were randomly divided into six groups. Animal model of lead poisoning was established and treated with water extracts of Pteris multifida Poir for 30 days. The blood was collected and lead eontentin blood was measured by atomic absorption spectrum. Results The water extracts of Pteris multifida Poir decreased the lead content in blood, and increased significantly spleen index. Conclusion The water extracts of Pteris multiftda Poir shows an effect on promotion of lead-removing and reduction of lead accumulation.
