摘 要:目的:分析研究皂帽花果实挥发油的主要成分及其抗肿瘤活性。方法:采用水蒸气蒸馏法从皂帽花果实中提取挥发油,利用气相色谱-质谱对其化学成分进行分析。MTT(四甲基偶氮唑盐)法检测皂帽花提取物对细胞SPCA-1、BEL-7402、SGC-7901和K-562增殖抑制作用。结果:分离出55个峰,鉴定出30种化学成分,占挥发油总量的74.98%。其中主要成分为橙花叔醇(19.887%)、石竹烯(16.714%)和β-月桂烯(9.29%)。抗肿瘤活性结果表明皂帽花果实挥发油对4种肿瘤细胞株均显示一定的抑制活性,其中对肺腺癌细胞SPCA-1的抑制活性最强,其IC50值为6.61μg/mL。结论:该实验为皂帽花的进一步开发研究提供了科学依据。Objective:To study the chemical components and antitumor activities of essential oil from the fruits of Dasymaschalon trichophorum. Methods : The essential oil from the fruits of Dasymaschalon trichophorum was extracted by steam-stilling and analyzed by GC-MS. The inhibitory effect of extract ofDasymaschalon trichophorum on SPCA-1 ,BEL-7402,SGC-7901 and K-562 cell proliferation was assayed using the MTF. Results : GC-MS result showed that there were 55 peaks and 30 compounds were identified which weighed 74. 98%. The major components were nerolidol( 19. 887% ) ,caryophyllene( 16. 714% )and ]3-myrcene(9. 29% ). The essential oil exhibited strong antitumor activity against SPCA-1 human tumor cell line with IC50 value of 6. 61 μg/mL. Conclusion: This experiment provides scientific foundation for further utilization of Dasymaschalon trichophorum.
