海南青牛胆非生物碱成分的分离与鉴定(Ⅲ)

摘　　要：目的　研究防己科一个新种——海南青牛胆 Tinospora hainanensis H.S.L o et Z.X.L i的化学成分。方法　采用硅胶柱层析分离纯化 ,通过理化鉴定和波谱分析鉴定其化学结构。结果　从海南青牛胆藤茎中分离出 4种非生物碱成分 ,它们分别鉴定为 2 4- epi-罗汉松甾酮 A(2 4- epi- makisterone A, )、二十八碳酸 (octacosyl acid, )、二十八碳醇 (octacosyl alcohol, )和二十六碳醇 (hexacosyl alcohol, )。结论　以上 4种成分均为首次从该植物中分得 ,其中化合物 、 和Object To study the chemical constituents of a new species belonging to genus Tinospora (Menispermaceae)— the Tinospora hainanensis H S Lo et Z X Li Methods Isolation and purification were carried out on silica gel column, identified by physico chemical properties and structurally elucidated by spectral analysis Results 4 non alkaloids were obtained They were 24 epi makisterone A (Ⅰ), octacosanoic acid (Ⅱ), octacosyl alcohol (Ⅲ) and hexacosyl alcohol (Ⅳ) Conclusion All of the 4 compounds were obtained from this plant for the first time, and compounds Ⅰ, Ⅱ and Ⅳ were obtained from genus Tinospora for the first time
