摘 要:以过硫酸铵为氧化剂,采用化学氧化聚合法制备了12-硼钨酸钾(K5BW12O40·nH2O)与盐酸共掺杂的聚苯胺材料。通过傅里叶红外光谱分析、X射线衍射分析和电导率测试等手段研究了12-硼钨酸钾与苯胺单体的质量比(X)对掺杂聚苯胺结构和性能的影响,同时结合循环伏安测试研究了材料的电化学性质。结果表明,在掺杂过程中[BW12O40]5-作为对阴离子进入到聚苯胺链上,其含量随着X的增大而增多。进入分子链上的[BW12O40]5-阴离子会影响材料分子链排列的有序程度,进而影响材料的导电性能。合成的新材料可作为新型的电化学活性材料。Polyaniline (PANI)doped with K5 BW12 O40 ·nH2O was synthesized by chemical oxidative polymerization method in 1 mol·L-1 HCl solution,using ammonium peroxydisulfate as an oxidant.The effect of the initial weight ratio X of K5 BW12 O40 ·nH2O to aniline on the structure and property of material was investigated by using FT-IR,XRD and conductivity measurement. Furthermore,the electrochemical property of material was studied by cyclic voltammetry.The results indicated that [BW12 O40 ]5- anions were successfully incorporated into the chains of PANI,and its content in PANI chains increased with the increase of the initial weight ratio X.The [BW12 O40 ]5- anions incorporated into the chains of PANI could affect the ordering of PANI chains and the conductivity of the as-synthesized material.The new material has potential applications in the field of electrochemi-cal activity.
