摘 要:通过以自动化电子探针和扫描电镜为基础的矿物扫描和定量分析,研究了云南某地风化型钛铁矿的工艺矿物学。结果表明,矿石中TiO2(5.68%)为有回收价值的金属,钛铁矿和钛磁铁矿为含钛主要矿物,含钛占总量的80.7%,高岭石、蒙脱石和辉石为主要的脉石矿物,选择-0.45 mm作为最佳的磨矿细度以确保钛矿物的单体解离。该研究对于选别风化型钛铁矿具有一定的指导意义。A detailed mineralogical characterization of a weathered titanium ore from Yunnan was studied by automated electron microprobe and SEM based mineral mapping and quantitative analysis. The results show that the ore contains 5.68% TiO2, which is the desirable to recover. The main titanium mineral are ilmenite and titanomagnetite, which account for 80.7% of the total titanium. Kaolinite, montmorillonite and pyroxene are the main gangue mianerals. The optimal grinding fineness is 0. 045 mm, to make sure that most of the titanium minerals can be liberated from other minerals. The research could be a reference to benefieiation of weathered ilmenite ores.
