摘 要:立磨机作为新型高效细磨装备越来越多地被应用于中矿再磨和二段磨作业。从立磨机工作原理出发分析了立磨机和球磨机的性能特点,并在实验室开展了青海某钾石盐矿的磨矿试验,对比了两种磨矿设备对钾石盐矿物的磨矿性能。试验结果表明:在给矿粒度相同的条件下,立磨机产品中-2.00+0.18mm粒级矿物颗粒减少的程度明显高于球磨机,显示了立磨机在细粒级矿物磨矿过程中所具有的优势。同时,立磨机对该类矿石磨矿过程比球磨机节能20.34%,证实了立磨机磨矿的高效性。As a fine grinding equipment with innovative structure and high efficiency, vertical stirred mill is used more and more in second stage grinding and regrinding process. In this paper, sylvine grinding tests were carried out with vertical stirred mill and ball mill, based on the analysis of work principle of those two kinds of grinding equipments. Sylvine grinding performance comparison between those two types of mill was made. The test result showed that at the same feed particle size, the reduction of -2 + 0.18 mm particle size by stirred vertical mill was more evident than that by ball mill, which indicates the advantage of vertical stirred mill for fine mineral particle grinding. Meanwhile, the energy consumption of vertical stirred mill was 20.34% lower than that of ball mill, which proves high efficiency of vertical stirred mill for sylvine grinding.
