摘 要:在港口工程中钢筋混凝土预制梁的应用很广,由于原材料质量和施工工艺等原因,预制梁常会出现空洞和冷缝等质量问题,因此对预制梁均匀性的控制和检测十分必要。简要介绍混凝土均匀性检测中探地雷达法和超声波法等无损检测方法的工作原理,提出钢筋混凝土预制梁均匀性检测的基本程序,应用于某港口T型钢筋混凝土梁的检测中取得较好效果。Pre-fabricated reinforced concrete beam is broadly applied to port engineering construction. Being limited by the quality of raw material and construction technology, some quality errors such as voids and cold joints are often found on the prefabricated beams. Therefore it is necessary to detect and control the homogeneity of prefabricated beam. Now the principles of nondestructive detecting methods such as ground penetrating radar and ultrasonic wave are briefly introduced, which are adopted in the homogeneity detection of concrete. Basic homogeneity detecting procedure of the prefabricated reinforced concrete beam is put forward, which has been applied to the detection of reinforced concrete T-beam in one port engineering construction and achieves good results.
