摘　　要：简要介绍非洲国家测量坐标系统的现状、选择港口项目坐标系统的原则和UTM投影长度变形的计算方法,提出合理选择和优化构建非洲港口项目工程坐标系统的方法和步骤。结合某非洲港口项目的工程实例,说明优化工程项目坐标系统的具体操作过程及取得的效果,可供其他类似项目参考和借鉴。An introduction is made to briefly describe the existing conditions of Africa state survey coordinates, the principle of selecting port coordinate system and the calculation method of UTM projection length deformation. The way and steps to choose and optimize African ports coordinate system are put forward. An Africa port project practice is used to expound the process of optimizing engineering coordinate system and the effect achieved, which will provide references for other similar projects.
