摘  要:介绍了近年来国内外大方坯连铸机的改造和新建情况,分析了大方坯生产中存在的内部质量问题和解决措施;阐述了液芯轻压下和电磁搅拌技术在改善铸坯内部质量方面的应用,重点介绍了新日铁和浦项的凸形辊压下技术、新日铁的旋转移动电磁搅拌和ABB公司的混合型电磁搅拌装置,概述了宝钢和邢钢对轻压下参数设定方法的最新研究,以及住友金属、攀钢和包钢等钢厂铸坯中心偏析和疏松的改善效果;指出了大方坯连铸技术的发展趋势。In this paper , the innovation and newly construction of continuous casters of bloom in China and oversea recently are summed up , the existing questions of inner quality and solutions in the produc-tion of bloom are analyzed;the application of soft reduction and electromagnetic stirring (EMS) in the im-provement of inner quality for bloom are expatiated respectively , reduction technology with convex roll surface profile in Nippon steel and Posco , and revolving movement EMS in Nippon steel and hybrid EMS in ABB Corp are emphasized , new research on the setting methods of soft reduction parameters in Baos-han steel and Xing steel , and the improvement effect of central segregation and porosity for bloom in Sum-itomo Metal, Pan steel and Baotou steel are summarized; the development trend of continuous casting technologies for bloom is pointed out .
