摘　　要：电工技术实践教学是理论教学的前沿阵地,也是保证教学质量,实现素质教育的主要手段。加强实践教学的改革创新,适应科技的发展,符合人才培养和教学需求。针对目前电工技术实践教学存在的问题,提出改变验证性实验,加强设计性、创新性实验,开展实验开放,实施规范考核制度的实验教学方法和思路,并就此从几个方面入手分别来阐述电工实验课程的改革与实践过程。Practice teaching is the theoretical frontier of electrician technique teaching, but it also ensure the quality of teaching, It is the main means to realize the quality education. To strengthen the reform and innovation of prac- tice teaching, to adapt to the development of science and technology, also in line with the needs of personnel train- ing and teaching. In view of the current practice of Electrotechnics Teaching existence question, proposed to change the validation experiments, strengthen innovation experiment design, experiment, carrying out open experi- mental teaching methods and ideas, the implementation of standardized assessment system, and then from several aspects to elaborate the reform and practice of electrotechnics experiment course respectively.
