摘　　要：实名制是一把双刃剑。实行实名制后,一些久存不决的行业问题得到迎刃而解。但是,实名制也在一定程度上影响了个人信息的安全。目前,我国对个人信息的法律保护散见于部门法中,且缺乏有效的保护机制。制定《个人信息保护法》已成为当务之急。实现政府信息公开和个人信息保护的有效衔接、加强行业自律对保护公民的个人信息权将起到积极作用。The real-name registration system is a double-edged sword. Some industry problems are solved since the system is put into execution. However, the system also has an adverse impact on the safe- ty of personal information to some extent. China＇s law on the protection of the right of personal informa- tion is seen in different sectors and lacks effective protection mechanism. So it becomes a top priority to de- velop The Law of Personal Information Protection. It will play an active role on the protection of person- al information rights of citizens to implement the effective connection of open government information and protection of personal information, and strengthen industry self-regulation.
