从资助育人角度看高职医学院贫困生就业问题

摘　　要：随着我国的高等教育"大众化"发展,以及医疗行业的就业体制改革,高职医学毕业生的就业形势相对于其他专业而言更加严峻,特别是高职医学院的贫困生在就业过程中更容易受挫。因此,必须正确分析高职医学贫困生的就业问题,将资助育人工作与就业创业指导紧密结合,帮助他们以良好的心态,及时、满意地就业,以实现资助育人工作的深层次发展要求。With the popularity of China^s higher education and reform in employment system, the medical graduates from higher vocational colleges, especially those poor students, are facing increasingly tougher employment conditions. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze present situation of employment for these poor vocational medical students, and combine the educational funding with employment and entre- preneurship guidance, so as to help them develop a good attitude toward taking up a satisfactory occupation in time, thus to reach the depth of development to meet the required work of educational funding.
