摘　　要：实验室人员的安全和健康是实验室科研产出的前提和重要保障。通过梳理北京大学实验室内空气质量检测数据,分析实验室内空气污染的来源和途径,结合高校实验室特点,探讨影响实验室内空气质量的原因,并提出控制实验室污染物的对策。研究表明,使用化学试剂的化学学院、分子医学所等实验室和通风条件较差的位于地下的实验室室内空气污染普遍较重,而其它如物理学院、工学院等实验室则污染物均达标。作者建议,通过合理设计实验,改善实验条件,提倡绿色化学,引进负压试剂柜,保持室内空气流通,适当种植盆栽植物等方法,能有效控制实验室内空气污染。The safety and health of people in laboratory should be ensured before talking about the a- chievement in research. Based on the data for air quality in the laboratory of Peking University and combining the properties of the laboratory in universities, this letter gave the factors of affecting the air quality in laboratory, and proposed some techniques for controlling the pollutant by analyzing the sources and the way how the air is polluted. Study shows that the laboratories of college of chemistry and college of molecular medicine, which always using chemical reagents, and underground laborato- ries with poor ventilation have serious air pollution problems, while other laboratories＂ pollutants are el- igible.
