摘  要:目的探索适宜战区部队官兵需要的健康传播策略。方法 2013年选择某战区部队当年入伍的部分新兵和士官为调查对象。通过分层整群随机抽样的方法,随机抽取第1组860名新兵和士官作为基线调查对象。在经过3个月的健康教育后,在同一部队群体中按相同的抽样方法随机抽取第2组860名新兵和士官进行调查比较。结果健康传播策略实施前后,2组新兵和士官健康素养的总体水平差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),基本知识和理念素养差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),健康生活方式与行为素养差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),基本技能素养差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论制定的健康传播策略在提升战区部队官兵健康素养,维护身心健康,增强自我防护意识和自我保健能力发挥了有效作用,值得进一步在战区部队推广应用。Objective To explore health communication strategy appropriate for the theater army. Methods In 2013 most of the objects enrolled in this study were new soldiers. By stratified random sampling method,860 soldiers were en- rolled before health education and surveyed another 860 soldiers three months after health education. Results The two groups had significant differences in the level of health literacy( P 〈0.05) ,fundamental knowledge and the health concept ( P 〈0.01) ,healthy lifestyle and behavior literacy ( P 〈0.01). There was no significant difference in the basic skills of literacy( P 〉0.05). Conclusion The health communication strategy is effective in improving the health literacy of the soldier,maintaining the physical and mental health, increasing self-protection awareness and self-care capability. This health communication strategy is worth further promoting and applying in the theater army.
