摘 要:目的 探讨江滩型地区洪灾与血吸虫病流行的关系。方法 通过螺情、病情和气象水文资料收集进行综合分析。结果 试区 1998年和 1999年遭受特大洪灾 ,年降雨量分别为 175 6 .9mm和 2 2 6 3.1m m,江滩新增钉螺面积 16 .5 0万 m2 ,汛后人群血吸虫感染率、感染度显著增高。结论 洪灾造成钉螺扩散 。Objective To explore the relationship between flooding and prevalence of schistosomiasis in the Yangtze River mashland. Methods [WT5”BZ]Surveys of host snail distribution and schistosome infection among the population were carried out, data on meteorology and hydrology in history were collected and thus a comprehensive analysis was made. Results Yearly rainfalls in 1998 and 1999 were 1756.9 mm and 2263 1 mm respectively which were extremely high. Snail area in the mashland increased by 165000 m 2. The infection rate and density among population strongly increased after flooding. Conclusions It can be inferred that flooding has caused spread of snail and increase of schistosomiasis endemic.
