数字资源长期保存馆社合作模式调查分析

摘　　要：以国内部分图书馆、出版社和数字资源用户为调查对象,通过调查问卷了解我国数字资源长期保存工作的现状、问题以及数字资源长期保存馆社合作的必要性、可行性。通过分析调查结果,认为目前馆社合作保存的问题主要体现在资金费用、保存使用权限、保存内容选择、保存主体转移和使用时间受限等方面。建议宏观上对长期保存工作加强宣传,搭建馆社协作保存平台,制定激励政策和构建多渠道资金体系;微观上制定内容选择标准和签署合作保存协议,籍此来促进我国数字资源馆社合作保存工作的发展。Taking some domestic libraries, publishers and users of digital resources as objects of the investigation, this paper designs a questionnaire to understand the status quo and problems of long - term preservation of digital resources in China and the necessity and feasibility of cooperative preservation of digital resources between libraries and publishers. By analyzing the findings, the main problems of cooperative preservation between libraries and publishers are found out to be uses - permission of preservation, selection of preservative contents, transference of preservation subject, and limited service time. Therefore, it suggests that we should strengthen publicity of long - term preservation, build platform of cooperative preservation between libraries and publishers, establish award policy and frame multi - channel fund system at the macro level and enact standard of content selection and sign an agreement of cooperative preservation at the micro level, in order to promote the development of cooperative preservation of digital resources between libraries and publishers.
