摘  要:采用便携式光学表面等离子共振生物传感器快速检测植物激素脱落酸.建立了一种新颖、无标记和检测脱落酸抗体和抗原特异性结合反应的方法.在光学表面等离子共振生物传感器的传感芯片表面固定脱落酸抗原用以制备生物分子识别膜,采用间接抑制法快速检测脱落酸.采用0,25,50,200,500,1 000 mg·L-1的脱落酸实际样品进行检测.结果表明,光学表面等离子共振响应信号与脱落酸含量之间呈良好的线性关系,相关系数为-0.998,相对偏差为4.13%.The use of portable optical bosensor based on the surface plasmon resonance (SPR) for rap- id detection of the plant hormone abseisic acid (abseisie acid, ABA) is considered. A novel and label-free approach using detection of the specific binding reaction between the ABA antibody and corre- sponding antigen is established. The biological molecular recognition membrane is first prepared by immobilizing ABA antigen on the surface of SPR sensor chip, and the ABA concentration in standard sample is detected by employing competitive inhibition method. The performance capabilities of the method are discussed and illustrated by quantitative detection of ABA in the standard ABA samples at concentration of 0, 25, 50, 200, 500, 1 000 mg · L-1, respectively. The experimental results show that a good line relationship between SPR response signals and ABA concentrations is obtained with the coefficient of correlation -0. 998. The repeatability indicated by the relative standard deviation (RSD) was 4.13%.
