摘　　要：基于对贵州省威宁和黔西2县300户烟农的实地调研数据,通过建立计量模型,实证分析了烟农的个人属性和家庭属性特征对其参与烟农合作组织的影响.结果表明,户主的年龄、民族、受教育程度、从事农业的程度和烟农家庭的人口负担、农业劳动力人数、种烟规模和转入土地面积等是影响烟农参与合作组织行为的重要因素.Based on the data of 300 tobacco farmers in Weining and Qianxi counties in Guizhou province, this paper analyzed the empirical impact of individual and family attributes to participate the cooperative organization through the econometric model. The results show that there are some important factors influencing the farmers ＇ behaviors of participation in cooperative organization such as the age, ethnic, education, degree in agricuhure of the head of the household and the population burden, the number of agricultural labor forces, the scale of tobacco planting and the land areas of transfer in farm families and so on.
