北京居民对安全畜产品认知度及消费行为调查研究

摘　　要：Logistic模型分析发现,价格、年龄、受教育程度、收入是否在2 000元以下,家中13岁以下小孩儿数量、本人健康程度以及对畜产品安全问题严重程度的估计7个变量对质量安全畜产品的购买行为会产生影响.但职业变量并不显著.同时,本研究所得出的消费者愿意为质量安全畜产品支付溢价的程度只有15.00%,远低于其他学者的研究.Logistic model analysis found that price, age, educational level, income of less than 2 000 yuan, the number of children under the age of 13, individual health condition severity of livestock security issues are the variables that have an impact on the safety livestock products consumption. Occupation variable is not significant. At the same time, willingness to pay for safe animal products is only 15.00% , much lower than that of other studies.
