粮食加工方式转变指标体系构建及综合评价研究

摘　　要：依据《河南统计年鉴》、《中国粮食统计年鉴》以及《中国统计年鉴》等最新统计数据,从粮食产业加工方式转变的内涵分析出发,构建粮食产品结构优化的转变、资源利用方式的转变、产业效益的转变及要素投入转变的评价指标体系.在评价指标体系中采用主客观联合赋权法及功效系数法探讨相应指标权重和评价值的合成.结果显示,要素投入指标和企业效益指标比全国平均水平高;而粮食加工企业的资源利用指标和规模化发展指标影响了河南省粮食加工指标综合评价值的提升.According to Henan Statistical Yearbook, Statistical yearbook of Chinese grain and China Statistical Yearbook, 4 first class indexes （the structure optimization of grain products,the transformation of the mode of resource utilization,the changes of grain industrial efficiency,the transformation of element input） are constucted from changing the grain processing industry connotation. The relevant indicators are identified through the use of entropy weight method together with the efficacy coefficient method. The empirical results indicate that the input index and enterprise benefit index are higher than that of the national average ; the comprehensive evaluation of food processing index value of Henan province is influenced by resource utilization index and scale development index.
