摘 要:为了监测安徽省现流行的麻疹野毒株 ,在 1998、1999年的 2起麻疹暴发中 ,用绒猴淋巴母细胞 (B95a)分离到4株麻疹野病毒 ,通过血凝试验、血吸附试验、中和试验对分离到的麻疹病毒进行特性鉴定。该 4株病毒无血凝和血球吸附活性 ,我国人类疫苗免疫后 ,血清能中和这 4株病毒 ,但中和此野毒株的滴度低于中和疫苗株滴度的 2倍。逆转录聚合酶链反应 (RT -PCR)和其产物的基因序列分析提示 ,该 4株病毒属于麻疹病毒第八基因组 (Hgroup)。继续监测我国各省麻疹流行株的基因和抗原变异 ,对我国强化麻疹控制及麻疹消除。This study was to survey the current wild type measles virus that circulated in Anhui Province. 4 wild type measles viruses were isolated in B95a cells from 2 outbreaks during 1998 and 1999. The virus characteristics were identified by hemagglutination test, haemadsorption test and neutralization test. The results showed that the 4 wild type measles viruses did not have hemagglutination and haemadsorption activities and the sera against Chinese vaccine (S191) could neutralize all of the 4 wild type measles virus strains, but the neutralizing titer was two times lower compared with that of S191. RT PCR and its product sequence analysis indicated that the 4 wild type measles virus strains belong to H genetic group. In order to control and eliminate measles, it is important to survey continually the genetic and antigenic shifts of the prevalent measles viruses circulating in China.
