摘  要:在工业化聚丙烯腈(PAN)基碳纤维的连续生产线上,研究了化学吸收法处理预氧化阶段含氰(HCN)废气的治理工艺;比较了不同吸收剂氢氧化钠(NaOH)、次氯酸钠(NaClO)、过氧化氢(H2O2)的投料量、处理时间对废气处理效果的影响。结果表明:采用NaOH作为吸收剂,每级喷淋吸收塔的吸收效率约90%;以NaClO溶液作为吸收剂,吸收时间较长;以H2O2作为吸收剂,工艺简单,处理效果较好,当喷淋吸收塔为两级方式,H2O2投料量为60 kg/h时,处理后的废气中HCN浓度低于1.9 mg/m3,符合国家废气排放标准。The chemical absorption method to treat cyanide-containing (HCN) exhaust gas from the pre-oxidation stage of PAN fiber was studied on a continuous commercial production line of polyacrylonitrile (PAN)-based carbon fiber. The effects of trea- ting time and absorhent feeding amount on the treatment effect of the exhaust gas were compared among three different absorbents, i.e. sodium hydroxide (NaOH), sodium hypochlorite (NaC10) and hydrogen peroxide( H202 ). The results showed that the ab- sorption efficiency of each spray absorption tower was about 90% while using NaOH as the absorbent; the treating time was rela- tively long while using NaC10 as the absorbent; H202 as the absorbent provided simple operation and fairly good treating effect; and the HCN concentration was below 1.9 mg/m3 , meeting the national exhaust gas standard as the feeding amount of H202 was 60 kg/h and a two-step design was applied in spray absorption towers.
