摘 要:以硅硼氮烷为原料,在自制的聚合纺丝一体化设备中,缩聚反应连续化制备聚硅硼氮烷(PBSZ);探讨了PBSZ的流变特性,并对其初生纤维的结构与形貌进行了表征.结果表明:聚合反应釜一次性可制备10 kg的聚合物,在高纯氮气保护下进行聚合,得到了直径为25~30μm的不含有Si—O—Si键的初生纤维;通过动态流变测试,聚合时间为48~72 h,在一定温度下PBSZ均能表现出可纺性,且都属于剪切变稀的非牛顿流体.Polyborosilazane (PBSZ) was prepared by continuous polycondensation reaction using borosilazane (SiBN (c)) as raw material on a self-made polymerization-spinning integrated equipment. The rheological behavior of PBSZ was discussed. And the structure and morphology of the as-spun fiber were characterized. The results showed that the polymerization reactor can syn- thesize 10 kg polymer in one large-scale production, the as-spun fiber of 25 - 30 μm in diameter without Si-O-Si bond can be produced under the protection of high-purity nitrogen. The dynamic rheological test showed that PBSZ exhibited fairly good spin- nability at a specific temperature and belonged to shear thinning non-Newtonian fluid as the polymerization time was 48 -72 h.
