摘　　要：介绍了国内外丙烯腈的生产及供需现状,以及消费结构与市场前景.2012年世界丙烯腈需求量为5 200 kt,预计2013年世界丙烯腈需求的年增长率为2.0％ ～2.5％,亚洲占世界总消费量的64％,2012年消费量为3 500 kt.我国是亚洲地区最大的丙烯腈消费国,2012年我国丙烯腈的消费量约为1 713.6 kt,进口丙烯腈555.4kt,预计2015我国丙烯腈生产能力将达2 500 kt/a,下游需求约1 976 kt,需求缺口约200 kt.建议我国积极开发和应用丙烷法制丙烯腈技术,大力发展丙烯酰胺、聚丙烯腈纤维等下游产品,实现丙烯腈规模化、一体化生产.The acrylonitrile production, supply and demand status were introduced in China and abroad, as were the consump- tion structure and market prospects. The world demand for acrylonitrile was 5 200 kt in 2012, and the world annual demand growth rate was predicted to be 2.0% -2.5% in 2013; the consumption in Asia was 3 500 kt in 2012, accounting for 64% of the world ; China had the acrylonitrile consumption about 1 713.6 kt and import 555.4 kt in 2012 ; China acrylonitrile production capacity was predicted to be 2 500 kt/a in 2015, the down-stream demand about 1 976 kt, and the demand gap about 200 kt, and China would be the greatest acrylonitrile consumption country is Asia. It was suggested that China should actively develop and apply the technology of propane ammoxidation to acrylonitrile, greatly develop the down-stream products like acrylamide and polyacrylonitrile fiber, and realize the integrated scale acrylonitrile production.
