摘 要:以重烧氧化镁和磷酸盐为原材料,硼砂为缓凝剂,通过物理发泡法室温制备得到容重级别800kg/m3的多孔磷酸盐水合陶瓷。同时研究了发泡剂和磷酸盐种类、氧化镁/磷酸盐比例(M/P)、硼砂掺量和养护制度等对多孔磷酸盐水合陶瓷机械性能的影响。结果表明:利用实验室自制发泡剂F3、选用磷酸二氢钾(P(K))为激发剂、M/P(K)值为3/1、硼砂掺量为10%时,自然养护条件下所制备的多孔磷酸盐水合陶瓷物理力学性能最佳,7d抗压强度达4.37MPa。所制备的试样经1 200℃煅烧后,残余抗压强度为1.01MPa,具有较好的中高温性能。所制备多孔磷酸盐水合陶瓷预期在高温过滤和多孔生物材料领域有较广泛的应用前景。Porous phosphate hydrate ceramics with bulk density of 800 kg/m3 were prepared through physical foaming method at room temperature by using dead burned magnesium oxide and phosphate as raw materials. The influences of foaming agent, phosphate, MgO to phosphate (M/P), borax co^tent and curing conditions on mechanical behavior of the porous phosphate hydrate ceramics were studied. Optimized mechanical strength of porous phosphate hydrate ceramics was obtained when Mg/P(K) was 3/1 by using Fa as foaming agent, lab homemade, potassium dihydrogen phosphate(P(K~ ) as the exciting agent, and 10% content of borax as retarding agent. The high temperature performance of the porous phosphate hydrate ceramics was studied, and 1.01 MPa of residual compressive strength was obtained when calcination temperature reached to 1 200℃, The porous phosphate hydrate ceramic is expected to have broad application in area of high temperature filtration and porous bioactive materials.
