摘　　要：急性胰腺炎病理特点多样,病情复杂多变,在诊治过程中,给外科医生带来巨大挑战。随着研究的日益深入、经验的积累及观念的革新,急性胰腺炎的诊治理念发生了巨大变化。近年来,多项指导性纲领相继颁布,这对更好地认识疾病的发生发展、选择合适的治疗方式、改善病人预后等具有至关重要的作用。The various pathological features and changeable clinical characteristics present a significant challenge to the therapy of severe acute pancreatitis. With the progress of the further research, accumulation of experience and innovation of concept,the diagnosis and treatment concept of severe acute pancreatitis has changed dramatically. Recently, a number of guilding programs have come out, which play a crucial role in understanding the progressive disease, selecting the appropriate treatment and improving the prognosis of patients.
