摘  要:信息化管理应用于样本库能够为转化医学和遗传学研究提供扎实的基础,文章探索了信息化管理对提升肾脏疾病生物样本库规模与质量的作用。另外,介绍了样本库的标准化流程:经上海交通大学医学院附属瑞金医院伦理委员会批准,所有患者签署知情同意书。规范采集患者的外周全血及尿液,外周全血进行相应处理后获得血清、血浆和基因组DNA,对标本进行质量控制并从医院信息系统获得该患者详细临床资料后,将标本以及相应信息按照规范化流程入库,建立存录管理流程体系。本研究比较了2012年采用信息化科学管理后与之前的数据,提示信息化管理可以有效促进肾脏疾病样本库规模增长和标本质量提高,加快了生物样本库的建设和应用。Applying informatization management on biobank can provide a solid foundation for the translation medicine re- searches. The article is to explore how to enhance the size and quality of the biobank of kidney disease by building the infor- matization management. This paper introduced the standardized procedures of the biobank : This study has been approved by the ethics committees of Ruijin hospital, Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine. All the patients sign informed consent before collecting their specimens. Peripheral blood, urine samples were standardized collected and stored. Serum, plasma and genomic DNA were obtained and the quality of specimens was controlled under standardized operational proce- dures (SOP). We saved the specimens and acquired detail clinical informations from hospital information system according to SOP. Set up a procedure of storage and mangement. By comparing the data after the informatization management set up in 2012 with before, the study suggested that informatization management can be effective in promoting in both scale and quali- ty of specimens and accelerated the construction and application of the biobank.
