摘　　要：档案文化价值的形成机理,源于档案文化建设的内部矛盾及国家文化建设的外部推力,并在其共建共享过程中实现了档案文化价值的范式转型。档案文化价值体系建设是一个动态性的过程,通过对档案文化价值体系思想、行为、表象三个层次的分析,对档案文化价值体系管理主体、研究主体、其他社会主体的客观评价,力求实现认识与行动上的统一。The formation mechanism of archival cultural value is originated from the internal contradiction of ar- chives culture construction and the external thrust of national cultural construction, and to achieve a paradigm trans- formation of archives cultural value in its sharing process. Archives cultural value system cmstruction is a dynamic process. To strive to achieve a unity between awareness and action, we should analysis three levels of archives cul- tural value as thinking, behavior, appearance of archives cultural value system and evaluate the management sub- jects, research subjects, other social subjects in archives cultural value system objectively.
