摘　　要：秦代规范行政文书措施主要包括对行政文书做合理的分类;统一文书书写格式;明确文书内容书写的细节;保障文书正常传递。为了达到这一效果,秦代国家不仅对文书的书写进行日常督责,而且也从技术角度对规范行政文书提供帮助,同时,书写者也努力提高文书书写水平。秦代文书标准化工作是其加强中央集权的措施之一,也为后来时代的文书制度提供了样板。The standardizing paperwork measures in Qin Dynasty is including classified administrative documents reasonable, centralized the documents format, cleared the detail of document content, and guar- anteed delivering documents. In order to achieve the effect, the state not only supervises writing docu- ments usually, but also helps improving standardized administrative documents in skill. The writers try their best to improve the level of writing at the same time. Standardizing paperwork in Qin Dynasty is one of the measures to strengthen the centralization of power. It also provided a pattern of administrative documents for latter period.
