浅析甘乃光的档案思想

摘　　要：甘乃光是民国时期的重要官员,领导了二十世纪三十年代的文书档案改革运动。本文通过分析其宏观思想的形成、对文书和档案关系与作用的理解、推行文书档案连锁法过程中理论与方法的创新以及人才建设思想等方面内容,探讨甘乃光的档案思想及其对我国档案事业与档案学发展的影响。Gan Nai-Guang, an important official of the Republic of China, led the Reform Movement of Administrative Archival Documents in the 1930s. By analyzing his formation of macro-thinking, under- standing of document and archive, innovation of theories and methods in the process of the reform and his thought of talent construction, this article aims to explore Kan Nai-kuang＇s archival thought and its impact on the development of archives in our country.
