国内外档案著录准则比较研究

摘　　要：国内外先后颁布了EAD、ISDA(G)、档案著录规则多个档案著录方面的标准,针对目前国际档案著录情况和我国档案著录的情况,本文从发展背景、内容、特点、应用范围对各标准进行比较分析,从而提出对我国档案著录准则的发展建议:明确细化各描述项目、注重档案著录的层次结构性、注重对特殊载体资源的表达,以进一步提高我国档案著录的标准化水平与国际化交流。There are a number of archival description of the standards promulgated at national and aboard. The paper has a comparison and analysis of different standards from the point of development of background,content,characteristics and the scope of application.It puts forward the suggestion of our country archival description standards.it includes detail descriptions of every item clearly, focusing on the hierar- chy structure of description and expression of special media of archival resources.It will further improve the level of standard of our archival description and international exchange.
