摘 要:为了获得深部巷道锚网索支护的关键参数,运用数值模拟计算和正交试验方法,研究了深部巷道锚网索支护参数对巷道两帮及顶底板移近量的影响程度,并采用极差分析法对试验结果进行分析,得出了影响锚网索支护的关键因素。结果表明,锚杆间排距对巷道两帮及顶底板移近量的影响程度最大,依次为锚杆直径、锚杆长度及施加的预紧力。工程实践证明,合理的支护参数使巷道围岩变形明显减小,围岩稳定性得到明显提高。In order to achieve the key parameters of the bolting and anchoring with wire mesh in deep mine roadway, an orthogonal design trial method and numerical simulation calculation were applied to study each factor of the bolting and anchoring with wire mesh parameters affected to the rib-to-rib and the roof-to-floor convergences of the mine roadway. The extremum difference analysis method was applied to the study on the trial results and the key factors of the bolting and anchoring with wire mesh were obtained. The results showed that the bolt space and row distance would be the high influences to the conveniences of rib-to-rib and roof-to-floor of the roadway and the secondary influences to the bolt diameter, bolt length and the pre-tension. Those parameters were the key factors of the support. The engineering practice showed that using reasonable support parameters, the surrounding rock deformation of the roadway would be reduced obviously and the surrounding rock stability would be improved remarkably.
