摘 要:为解决孤岛煤柱下破碎软岩巷道支护困难的问题,针对许疃煤矿82联络巷地质条件和巷道变形破坏特征,分析巷道失稳破坏的原因,提出了棚-索协同支护+全断面注浆加固+底板高强锚网索支护的全断面联合支护技术。结果表明:该支护技术能减小巷道围岩塑性区和低应力区,并能改善U型钢支架受力状况。82联络巷围岩变形在25 d后趋于稳定,两帮移近量最大为58 mm,顶底板移近量最大为35 mm,有效控制了巷道围岩变形,保证了巷道长期正常使用。In order to solve the support problems of broken soft rock roadway under isolated coal pillar, according to the geological conditions of No. 82 cross heading in Xutuan Mine and its deformation and failure characteristics, the roadway instability and failure reasons were analyzed, and the whole section support technology with synergetic support of frame and anchor cable + whole section grouting reinforcement + high strength bolt-mesh-anchor floor support was put forward. The results showed that the support technology could reduce the area of plastic zone and low stress zone in roadway surrounding rock, and modify the load bearing condition of U -style steel frame. The deformation of No. 82 crossheading roadway surrounding rock tended to be stable after 25 days. The maximum rib-to-rib convergence was 58 mm and the maximum roof to floor convergence was 35 mm. The deformation of roadway surrounding rock was effectively controlled, and the long-term normal use of roadway was guaranteed.
