摘 要:为实现沁水盆地煤层气采出水无害化处理及其再利用,根据沁水盆地煤层气采出水特点,采用混凝-芬顿氧化方法处理煤层气采出水,先在采出水中加入混凝剂,再在混凝处理后的采出水中加入芬顿试剂。试验结果表明:悬浮物去除率接近100%,COD去除率达到97.29%,色度去除率达到98.89%,混凝-芬顿氧化后的采出水达到GB 18918—2002《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》一级标准。采用储层敏感性流动试验评价储层损害程度,结果表明:沁水河水对储层损害程度为52.87%,而处理后采出水对储层损害程度为4.86%,以处理后的采出水为钻井液具有优异的储层保护能力。In order to realize the harmless treatment and reuse of coalbed methane produced water in Qinshui basin, according to the characteristics of the coalbed methane produced water in Qinshui basin, the produced water was treated by coagulation-Fenton oxidation method.Firstly coagulant was added into produced water, then Fenton reagent was added into the produced water after coagulation treatment.The results showed that the removal rate of suspended matter was about 100%, the removal rate of COD was 97.29% and the removal rate of chroma was 98.89%, the produced water treated by coagulation-Fenton oxidation method reached the primary standard of GB 18918-2002 Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant. The damage degree of reservoir caused by Qinshui river water and the treated produced water was evaluated by formation sensitivity flowing experiments. The results showed that the damage degree of reservoir caused by Qinshui river water was 52.87%, but the damage degree of reservoir caused by the treated produced water was only 4. 86% ,the treated produced water as drilling fluid had excellent ability of reservoir protection.
