实施产城融合 推进新型城镇化建设——福建省龙岩市产城融合之路分析

摘　　要：党的十八大提出实现新型工业化、信息化、城镇化、农业现代化同步发展。新型城镇化建设是未来发展的最大空间,是扩大内需最雄厚的潜力所在,也是经济结构调整的重要内容。但新型城镇化建设如果没有产业支撑,就会出现"有城无市"。龙岩市采取制定产业发展战略、基础产业优先发展、选准主导产业、三级城镇体系与三级产业体系相结合、实施科技带动,发展战略性新兴产业、提升发展传统产业,全力突破现代服务业等措施,实施产城融合,推进新型城镇化建设。CPC propose that new urbanization must go on with informatization ,industrialization and agricultural modernization on their eighteenth party of CPC. And New urbanization will become the most promising one.But it will appear ‘a city without content’ if lacking of industry. In the process, Longyan city takes steps such as industrial development strategy, three-tired Urban System go with three-tired industrial system to promote the new urbanization.
