强化极化液对心功能不全患者QT离散度的影响

摘　　要：目的 :探索强化极化液 (GIKL)对改善QTcd ,预防恶性心律失常的临床价值。方法 :观察 3 0例接受强化极化液治疗的心功能不全患者的QTcd和JTcd的变化 ,并设对照组。结果 :治疗组用药前后QTcd分别为 ( 89.5± 13 .3 )ms,( 5 5 .7±17.6)ms ;JTcd分别为 ( 87.4± 16.9)ms ,( 5 7.9± 2 0 .3 )ms;P <0 .0 1。对照组用药前后QTcd分别为 ( 84 .8± 2 8.7)ms ,( 82 .6± 2 6.1)ms ;JTcd分别为 ( 88.9± 2 5 .0 )ms,( 85 .2± 2 3 .3 )ms;P >0 .0 5。结论 :强化极化液能明显缩短心功能不全患者的QTcd ,使心室肌复极的均一性得到进一步改善 ,预防恶性心律失常的发生 ,降低猝死率。OBJECTIVE:To study the clinical value of GIKL to improve QTcd and prevent malignant arrhythmia. METHODS:To observe the change of QTcd and JTcd of 30 patients with cardiac insufficiency treated by GIKL and to set a comparing group.RESULTS:The treating group, before and after drug use, QTcd was ( 89.5 + 13.3 ) ms, ( 55.7 + 17.6 ) ms; JTcd was ( 87.4 + 16.9 ) ms, ( 57.9 + 20.3 ) ms,P< 0.01 . The control group, before and after the drug used, QTcd was ( 84.8 + 28.7 ) ms, ( 82.6 + 26.1 ) ms; JTcd was ( 88.9 + 25.0 ) ms, ( 85.2 + 23.3 ) ms, P> 0.05 .CONCLUSIONS:GIKL could shorten QTcd of the patients with cardiac insufficiency obviously,so that the equilibrium of the recovering polarization of the myocardium has been improved,malignant arrhythmia has been prevented and the rate of sudden death has been reduced.
