摘　　要：中国女子水球队竞争力是指经过一段时间积淀而形成的,融于女子水球队内部,支撑女子水球队在国际和国内竞技环境和竞技人才培养过程中,处于优势地位的能力.根据女子水球队结构功能要素,中国女子水球队竞争力由表现竞争力、主体竞争力、主导竞争力、保障竞争力和基础竞争力构成,其竞争力具有整体性、层次性、动态性、独特性和延展性的特征.The competitiveness of China＇s women water polo team is a cumulative internal ability that assures its competitive advantage in the international and domestic competitive environment and training. The competitiveness of China＇s women water polo team is composed of performance competitiveness, subject competitiveness, guiding competitiveness, logistics competitiveness, and basic competitiveness. The competitiveness is integral, hierarchical, dynamic, unique, and ductile.
