摘 要:目的:针对军队大型医疗设备质量管理存在的问题进行探讨,研究解决方法。方法:以CT为例,按《大型医疗设备远程质量检测标准操作规程》进行环境参数测量、剂量测量、机械参数测量和图像性能检查,将获取的数据通过网络汇总至检测中心,以完成监管与评估工作。结果:该方案建立了完整的CT远程应用质量检测信息通路,实现了CT检测数据信息和图像信息等远程检测,且实用有效、可操作性强、成本低。结论:通过军队医院的操作实践,证明其效果良好,具有较强的参考和推广价值。在该项目研究基础上进行针对性修改和完善即可完成如超声、MRI、DSA、DR等大型医疗设备的远程应用质量检测工作。Objecive To solve the problems in large-scale medical equipment quality control in military hospital. Methods CT was taken as an example, and the environmental parameters, dose, mechanical parameters and image performances were measured according to Standard Operation Manual of Remote Quality Testing of Large Medical Equipment, and then the data acquired were transmitted to the detection center for supervision and evaluation. Results The information path for CT remote quality testing was established, and the remote detection of CT-related data and image information was realized with high efficacy, feasibility and low cost. Conclusion The trials in military hospital prove that the above CT remote quality control solution is efficient, and can be tailored for its application to ultrasound, MRI, DSA, DR and etc. [Chinese Medical Equipment Journal, 2014,35 (2) : 12-15]
