摘　　要：目的:通过对全自动口服药品摆药机系统的全面介绍,以期提高其在实际工作中的应用水平。方法:介绍全自动口服药品摆药系统(TR-200FDS)的主要结构及工作流程,并讨论了医院信息系统(HIS)的接口融合。结果:摆药机在医院药房的使用规范了医生处方,提高了摆药准确性,避免了药品污染,体现了以患者为中心的宗旨,受到患者、护士及药师的广泛好评。结论:药房应用全自动口服药品摆药机提高了医院药学服务水平,是医院药房的发展趋势。Objective To improve the automatic oral drug dispensing system in hospital pharmacy and to promote its application. Methods The main structure and working flow of TR-200FDS automatic oral drug dispensing system were introduced, and its interface with HIS was explored. Results The system contributed to standardizing the prescription, enhancing the accuracy for drug dispensing and eliminating the drug pollution, and thus gained applause from the patients and medical staffs. Conclusion The automatic oral drug dispensing system in hospital pharmacy enhances the service level of hospital, and has a brilliant perspective in the future.
