摘　　要：目的:研究心血管专科医院内心电网络系统的建设与临床应用。方法:构建院级水平的心电网络化信息平台,在各病区配置网络心电图机,通过院内局域网及服务器与医院心电诊断中心对接,按设定的流程进行病例检查操作、上传、诊断、回传、结果打印与归档。结果:各病区终端心电图机、中央服务器、心电诊断中心通过局域网连接成一个整体,在医院心电网络化试验过程中,系统运行比较平稳,操作比较方便。结论:在医院内建设心电网络系统能明显提高临床心电检查及诊断工作的效率。Objective To investigate the construction and clinical application of Electrocardiogram （ECG） network system in cardiovascular specialized hospital, Methods The information platform of ECG network in hospital was built up in 2006 through which ECG machine in every ward was linked with ECG diagnosis center, and the information of cases was operated, uploaded, diagnosed, transmitted back, printed and filed as designed. Results The system came into being by LAN linking ECG machines, central server and ECG diagnosis center, which proved its stability and convenience by the trial operation. Conclusion ECG examination and diagnosis efficiency are improved observably by constructing ECG network in hospital.[Chinese Medical Equipment Journal, 2014,35 （2） ： 70-71,148]
