摘 要:目的:通过对生物样品中的痕量铅进行富集分离,以达到使用ICP—MS定量测定复杂基体生物样品中的痕量铅浓度的目的。方法:应用所发明的专利方法对铅染毒大鼠的全血和粪便中的痕量铅进行富集分离,用电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)分别测定富集分离前、后的样品中的铅浓度。结果:血液样品中的铅回收率均值为97.45%~98.66%.粪便样品中的铅回收率均值为93.94%~97.02%,且测定过程中未出现信号衰减和进样系统堵塞等问题。结论:该专利方法可以有效应用于全血、粪便等复杂基体的样品预处理,铅回收率较高,且操作简便、成本较低,可以推广应用。Objective To enrich and separate the trace lead in the biological specimen in order to determine its concentration by ICP-MS. Methods A newly-developed patent method was used to enrich and separate the trace lead in the whole blood and feces from the rats, and then the lead concentration was measured by ICP-MS before and after the enrichment and separation. Results The mean value of the lead recovery rate was between 97.45% and 98.66% in the blood specimen, and between 93.94% and 97.02% in the feces, with no signal attenuation and blocked sampling system appeared. Conclusion It is demonstrated that the patent method, which has a convenient process, high recovery rate and a low cost, is suitable for the pretreatment of biological samples with a complex matrix such as blood or feces.
