摘　　要：目的：分析交锁髓内针治疗胫骨中远段骨折的疗效。方法应用交锁髓内针治疗胫骨中远段骨折63例结果63例骨折均骨性愈合，平均愈合时间20周，随访8～24个月，平均15.7月，7例出现跪姿膝前疼痛，在取出髓内针后消失，膝关节和踝关节均恢复正常，髓内针无折断、弯曲、松动。结论交锁髓内针是治疗胫骨中远段骨折的理想方法。Objective to analyze the curative effect of interlocking intramedullary nail in the treatment of distal tibial shaft fractures. Methods using interlocking intramedullary nail in the treatment of distal tibial shaft fractures in 63 cases Results in 63 cases of fractures healed, the average healing time of 20 weeks, patients were followed up for 8-24 months, average 15.7 months, 7 cases appeared kneeling knee pain, disappeared in the intramedullary needle removed, knee and ankle joints were normal, intramedullary no fracture, loosening, bending the needle. Conclusion interlocking intramedullary nail is a good method to treat fractures of the distal tibial shaft.
