护理干预对老年高血压患者自我管理行为的影响研究

摘　　要：目的：对护理干预对老年高血压患者的自我管理行为影响进行分析和探讨。方法此次临床研究主要以我院在2012年7月份到2013年7月份收治的80例老年高血压患者为对象。采用随机分配的原则，将所有患者分成对照组和实验组，每个组别各40例。对照组实施常规处理，实验组在常规处理基础上增加护理干预，对两组患者的临床效果进行观察和比较。结果经临床研究结果显示，实验组患者的知识知晓率、服药依从性以及血压控制率明显高于对照组，差异存在统计学意义，P 〈0.05。结论经临床研究结果表明，对老年高血压患者实施护理干预，能够有效提高患者的自我管理意识，改善患者的生活方式，具有较高的临床应用价值，值得推广和普及。Objective The nursing intervention in patients with senile hypertension self-management behavior influence are analyzed and discussed. Methods the clinical study mainly by the hospital in July 2012 to July 2013 were analyzed in 80 cases of elderly patients with high blood pressure as an object. Based on the principle of random distribution, all patients were divided into control group and experimental group, 40 cases in each group. control group normal processing, increase nursing intervention group on the basis of routine treatment, to observe the clinical effect of two groups of patients and comparison. Results the clinical research results show that the experimental group patients knowledge awareness, medication compliance and blood pressure control is significantly higher than the control group, the difference is statistically significant, P＆lt; 0.05）. Conclusion the clinical research results show that the implementation of nursing intervention in patients with senile hypertension, can effectively improve patient self-management consciousness, improve the patient＆#39;s way of life, has high clinical value, worthy of promotion and popularization.
