摘　　要：目的：探讨在老年患者中应用经外周静脉穿刺置入中心静脉导管（Picc）的临床意义及护理方式。方法选取我院2011年10月至2013年7月收治的48例行 Picc 置管治疗的老年患者作为研究对象，并随机将其分为对照组和观察组，每组各24例，给予对照组常规护理，观察组应用全程护理进行干预，对两组患者的治疗情况进行分析和比较。结果观察组有21例一次性穿刺成功，成功率为87.5%，与对照组的18例75.0%比较，差异无统计学意义（P ＞0.05）；但在安全性方面，观察组无一例发生不良反应，明显优于对照组的6例（25.0%），比较差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。结论给予老年输液患者Picc导管置管和护理干预，对于提高临床整体治疗水平，减少并发症的发生具有较高的可行性，值得进一步在临床推广和使用。objective to study the application via peripheral venous puncture in elderly patients with central venous catheter （PICC） placement and the clinical significance of nursing. Conclusion Giving in elderly patients with transfusion nursing and Picc catheter intervention, to improve clinical treatment level, reduce the occurrence of complications has the high feasibility, deserves further in clinical promotion and use.
