摘　　要：为了保证血液安全，确保血液检测标本来源于原血袋，同时消除抗凝剂对核酸检测的影响[1]，我中心开始试点使用带有旁路留样装置的采血袋。选取使用旁路血袋的乐宾采血车和与其同处同一商业街使用非旁路血袋的胜利采血车为研究对象，通过对这两个采血点的采血工作情况进行分析，比较两种采血袋对采血时间的影响。in order to ensure the safety of the blood, ensure that the blood test specimens from the original bags, eliminate the anticoagulant effect on nucleic acid detection. tianjin blood centre begin to pilot with bypass sample device of blood bags. choose lebin blood collecting vehicle using the bypass bags and shengli blood collecting vehicle using no bypass bags as the research object. through blood work condition of the two blood sampling points were analyzed, comparing two blood bags on the influence of blood collection time.
