摘　　要：目的：比较用手术方法或保守疗法（增肥、药物）治疗咽鼓管异常开放症的疗效。方法手术治疗：腭帆张肌松弛术必要时咽鼓管鼓口半堵管术；增肥或药物的保守治疗。结果22例中行单、双侧腭帆张肌松弛术，其中有7例加行咽鼓管鼓口半堵管术，全部愈好或基本愈好。保守治疗10例中6例愈好，4例未愈。结论手术治疗值得推荐。Objective to compare the carative effective of surgery method and conservative method（increase body weight, medicine） .Methods surgery： tensor muscle of velum palatine relaxing surgery possibly plus tympanic orifice obstruction of the auditory tube.conservayive：lncrease body weight,medicine Results twenty two cases underwent unilateral or bilateral tensor muscle of velun palatini relaxing surgery, of them seven cases pluse tympanic orific obstruction of the auditory tube, all of twenty cases got fully recovered or bassicajy recovered. of ten cases with conservative therapy method six got recovered, of ten cases with conservative therapy method six got recovered four unchanged.Conclusion surgery method is better than conservative method. it should be suggested.
