阿德福韦酯治疗44例慢性乙肝炎的临床分析

摘　　要：目的：对临床上采用阿德福韦酯药物治疗慢性乙肝炎的疗效进行分析。方法选取2011年2月至2012年4月期间，我院收治的44例慢性乙肝炎患者作为本次研究的观察对象，随机将所有患者分为治疗组与对照组各22例，其中，治疗组的患者给予阿德福韦酯进行有效治疗，同时给予常规的护肝、支持以及并发症等各项综合治疗，而对照组的患者则不采用抗毒性药物治疗，仅仅只给予护肝、支持以及对症的治疗。结果通过对两组患者治疗效果进行分析，发现，治疗组的患者，其血清转换率明显大于对照组，且P〈0.05，同时，治疗组的患者肝功能的各项指标的变化，与对照组相比，也得到了明显的好转，且P〈0.05，差异有统计学意义。结论采用阿德福韦酯以治疗慢性乙肝炎患者具有很好的疗效，可明显缓解患者的病情，改善患者的肝功能状况，值得在临床上推广与应用。Objective To adopt the clinical adefovir dipivoxil treatment of chronic hepatitis B inflammatory medication efficacy analysis. Methods February 2011 - April 2012 period, I 44 cases of hepatitis B patients with chronic inflammation as a hospital from the observed object of this study , all patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group , 22 cases in which treatment group were treated with adefovir dipivoxil for effective treatment , while giving regular liver , support the comprehensive treatment and complications , while patients in the control group not using anti -toxic drugs , it only gives liver, support and symptomatic treatment. Results the two groups of patients on treatment for analysis, found that patients in the treatment group , the seroconversion rate was significantly higher than the control group, and P ＆lt;0.05, while changes in the indicators of liver function in patients treated group compared with the control group compared also been significantly improved, and P ＆lt;0.05, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion Adefovir dipivoxil for the treatment of inflammation in patients with chronic hepatitis B have a good effect, can significantly alleviate the condition of the patient , the patient＆#39;s condition improved liver function , worthy of promotion and application in clinical practice.
