摘 要:通过热重分析的方法对贵州毕节地区煤矸石的热解特性进行研究,计算了煤矸石热解反应动力学参数。结果表明:大方煤矸石的初始热解温度最低,织金煤矸石挥发分释放速度峰出现最早,黔西煤矸石到达峰温时挥发分释放速度最大。毕节地区煤矸石在快速热解第一阶段,反应活化能较高,且挥发分越高,活化能越大;随着温度的升高,活化能开始下降;对于存在二次反应的煤矸石,热解反应第三阶段的活化能较第二阶段有所上升,且挥发分含量越高,活化能越低。The pyrolysis performance of coal gangue from Bijie Prefecture in Guizhou was studied by thermogravimetric analysis, and the parameters of reaction kinetics were calculated. The results show that the initial pyrolysis temperature of coal gangue from Dafang is lowest,the volatile content release rate of coal gangue from Zhijin reached the peak under lower temperatures, Qianxi's coal gangue had highest volatile release rate at the peak temperature of volatile content release. At the frist step of fast pyrolysis, the activation energy was bigger, and the more the contents of volatile was, the bigger the activation energy was. With a rise of temperature, the activation energy decreased. The activation energy for those coal gangues existing secondary reaction increased in the third step, and the higher the contents of volatile was, the lower the activation energy was.
